Over the decades, Stylecraft Homes has established the value of bringing HG Design Studio into the land development planning of a project from its inception, to ensure that buildings are placed for optimal performance to take advantage of every possible natural resource or beautiful view or avoid potential site issues.
HG Design Studio provided full design services for the entrance sign, site landscaping and amenities for this wooded, waterfront residential community. We were tasked with developing an entrance feature that was grand enough to draw people before Woolridge Road was expanded and still have the correct proportions once road was widened. We also needed to provide environmental services in planning the community dock and pavilion, which includes a fire pit and canoe/kayak storage area.
