Spring Ephemerals presentation by Phillip Merritt

HG Design Studio’s very own Landscape Architect, Phillip Merritt is presenting at the Peninsula Master Naturalist Chapter on March 13.  His topic is “Spring Ephemeral Plants”, where he will educate and demonstrate his extensive knowledge of native plantings in the Commonwealth.

Phillip is a past President of the John Clayton Chapter of the Virginia Native Plants Society, and spearheaded the collection of a database cataloguing Virginia’s native plants called Claytonsnatives (Flickr), an incredible resource utilized by authors, educators, illustrators, etc.

We are proud that Phillip is sharing his expertise to improve and preserve the Virginia biohabitat.
