Our work at St. Francis began back in 2004. In lieu of a sea of asphalt as the first thing greeting hospital guests, the team at HG Design Studio created a site plan that features a tree-lined boulevard with pedestrian-scale lighting, and a series of smaller parking lots on either side, making the walk from the car the first in a series of soothing, calming measures designed to welcome guests.
We began work on Richmond International Airport back in 2004. HG Design Studio designed new irrigated landscape plantings and pedestrian routes that provide a continuous and cohesive connection from the RIC grounds surrounding the garage buildings to the main terminal.
